Touristiamo.com is a tourist portal intended as an Internet reference point for everybody who is looking for or offering holiday houses for rent, Guest Houses, Bed and Breakfast and Holiday Farmhouses.

1.THE SERVICE OFFERED

The Service owned by Tour Italia S.r.l., with main office in Italy in Mandello del Lario (Lc), Via A. Manzoni Nr. 6 – VAT Nr. 03100840135, allows to publish, preview and book rooms or apartments in two languages (Italian, English); soon other languages will be available.
Tour Italia S.r.l. is not an estate agent’s and does not offer any estate intermediation. Therefore it does not directly reply to the estate offers entered in this portal. It just controls their online publication. The truthfulness of the information given by the advertisers is checked at random.

2.PUBLICATION OF THE ADVERTISEMENTS

The information to publish in the advertisement must be restricted to the offer or request for rent. Other kinds of advertisement or information is not allowed.
Digital pictures can be easily added to each advertisement. Availability, prices, services and discounts, if any, can be easily updated through an effective control panel.
Tour Italia S.r.l. is not responsible for the truthfulness of the information given in each advertisement.

3. REQUEST RESERVATIONS

Touristiamo.com allows all those concerned to directly receive reservations without any intermediation. The advertiser can choose both the deposit percentage and the terms of payment (Bank Transfer, Postal Order, PayPal or Credit Card as guarantee*). The direct contact with the booking person by phone is also possible.
*Subject to different agreement achieved by the users by phone, the advertisers of Holiday Houses receive the deposits through bank transfer or PayPal.
Tour Italia S.r.l. does not interfere and is not interested in the private negotiations between the users of the service and is not responsible for them.
The company Tour Italia S.r.l. does not expect any commission in case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation. The Company must just be informed of the cancellation with reservation reference number within 3 days by sending an e-mail (no-show@touristiamo.com) or a fax or by telephone call.

4. COST OF THE SERVICE

B&B, Guest Houses, Holiday Farmhouses, Holiday Houses and Residence:

  • Unlimited number of photographs;
  • Min e Max prices;
  • Show personal website;
  • Contacts button.

1 Property € 30.00 (Thirty Euro/00) including VAT

• Complete package:
  • Allows the owner to enter data structure complete with descriptions, types, map;
  • Unlimited number of photographs;
  • Show personal website;
  • Contacts button.
  • Insert minimum stay, period, prices per  night;
  • Possibility to receive request booking.

1 Property € 50.00 (Fifty Euro/00) including VAT

For all the structures, the service will be completely free for 3 months starting to ad delivery (without any tacit renewal). At the end you will be contacted to continue or not to use the services of tourist

The annual advance payment types for Guest Houses, B & B, Farmhouses and hostels and the complete package for Holiday House are aimed at users who often use the Internet and personal mail box.

In any case the payment of the service can be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer against regular invoice.

5.VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is valid for 1 year. At the end of the year the company Tour Italia S.r.l. will send the advertisers an e-mail asking for the renewal of the services offered . If the payment by credit card or bank transfer is not made within 15 days from the receipt of the offer, the advertisement will not be shown any longer. However, if the payment is made after the stated terms, the advertisement will be published again and the contract will come into force from the day of the receipt of the amount due.

7.PRIVACY

The data entered in each advertisement or given in the contact forms are processed pursuant to the provisions of decree-law 196/2003 (Privacy Law) and are used by Tour Italia S.r.l. exclusively to manage the published advertisements, to bring advertisers and guests in touch with each other and to send the users pieces of information on its services.
