DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ROOMS FOR RENT AND B & B:

The difference exists and is relevant. In Bed & Breakfast can be made available from 1 to 3 bedrooms with a maximum of 6 beds. Up to 2 rooms the Bed and Breakfast must have one master bathroom, over two chambers they need two bathrooms. In this case, is offered only serving breakfast in the morning. 
In rooms for rent are available 1 to 6 rooms with a maximum of 12 beds in a maximum of two furnished apartments in the same building. As for the toilets just one bathroom for every 8 people.
