How can I enter the advertisement?

It is very easy to enter a new accommodation facility. You have just to click on registration and follow the indications step by step. Wait Touristiamo confirmation and after you will be able to enter your advertisement in the portal through your own control panel.

Is the contract automatically renewed?

There is no automatic renewal.
After free period and at expiry date you will be contacted by email, and you can decide without any commitment to continue to use the services of the portal. In this case you can pay by Credit Card "Secure Transfer" (Banca Sella) or by bank transfer.

Is it difficult to enter the data?

Not at all! Just follow the guided procedure to fill in all the fields. Anyway, if you have doubts as to proceed, do not hesitate to contact our customer support service by calling the telephone number (+39) 0341.700606, sending a mail to customerservice@touristiamo.com or through Skype: touristiamo.

How can I enter or change my advertisement?

Just click on "Advertisement manager" and enter your e-mail and the password you have chosen on registration to have access to your own control panel.

Are there intermediation costs?

Tour Italia S.r.l., owner of the portal Touristiamo.com, is not an intermediate estate agent's. The costs of the services are for all to see and the prices of the rooms or of the accommodation facilities are not increased.
All transactions are directly between the users.

Reservations are immediately confirmed?

No, they are not! You will receive a message with all the details in your mail box which informs you of the receipt of a reservation request. If you enter your Touristiamo.com personal panel, you can confirm it. In case of problems you can directly contact the guest by e-mail or phone, or you can write to him to the given address. Only using "PayPal" system reservations will be immediately confirmed

How am I informed of a reservation?

You will receive an e-mail message. This message will contain all the reservation details (first name, family name, telephone number, e-mail address, day of arrival and departure, type of room), so you can immediately contact the booking person if something goes wrong.
