How can I make a reservation request?

Choosing the accommodation, room type and the day you can send a request. In this case you will be contacted by the property to agree on every aspect of your stay.

How can I check the status of my reservation?

You can check the status of your requests and/or reservations by clicking on “My reservations” on top of Touristiamo.com homepage.

I have made a reservation but I have not received any confirmation e-mail. What shall I do?

Check the incoming mail and the folder of the undesired mail at the address given on booking.
Alternatively, to visualize the reservation confirmation you can login from the Touristiamo.com homepage by clicking on “My reservations”.

Can I give a vote to the accommodation facility?

Sure! You can give a vote to the accommodation facility from your personal page “My reservations”. The numerical rating is very important, because other people can see it. The total numerical rating will assign the accommodation facility class.
